He is survived by: his friend Johnson; his children, Kevin (Sophie Ceneray) and Stacy (Jesse Bommarito) of Seattle; his wife Carol Johnston; and his sister Marti Johnson (Kit) of Helena. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and many close friends.
