She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Wortham and Lula Mae Wortham. She is survived by: her friend Jim Duncan; her son Danny; her daughter-in-law Mary Jo of Missoula Montana; and her siblings, Frank Wortham (Paulette) of Reedley California and Colleen Womack of Reedley. She is also survived by her loving family and friends.
After selling the restaurant, Charlene was dedicated to caring for Jim while he suffered with Parkinson's disease.
