She is survived by: her husband Randolph Jeppesen; her brothers, DuWayne Smith (Mary) and LeRoy Smith; her daughters, Lori Cummings and Trish Flores (Phil); her grandchildren, Nathan, Jenna Cummings, Jeremy, Eva Flores, Jordan Cummings, Dylan Voss, Randy Flores and Jazzelle Elias; and her great grandchild Jada Rose Cummings. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
