He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kavicky and Elizabeth Kavicky. He is survived by: his brothers, John Kavicky, Thomas Kavicky (Susan), William Kavicky (Cheryl) and James Kavicky (Jill); his former wife Nora J. Ayres; his children, Kelly Hetzler (Robert), Daniel Kavicky (Amy) and Alexandra Myers (Brian); his grandchildren, Travis Kirkland (Rabecka), Elizabeth Hetzler, Kierah Kavicky, Olivia Kavicky, Wolf Myers and Nora Myers; and his great grandchildren, Emmet Underwood, Julia Kirkland and Jacob Kirkland.
