He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Hoffman and Margaret Hoffman (Gartner); his wife Frances Marie Mischel; and his sisters, Pauline, Katherine, Betty and MaryRose.
He is survived by: his stepchild Missoula; his children, Shawn Hoffman of Fort Worth, Texas, Shelly Trunkle (Phil), Sherri Gunderson (Jay) and Scott Hoffman (Mary); his sister Maggie; his brother-in-law Ed Kessel of Billings; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Rachael, Paige, Jessica, Lauren, Andrea, Skyler, Aubree, Austin, Braedon, Noah, Michael, Camryn, Hope and Rob.
