She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence D. Courtney and Margaret Courtney; her sister Patricia; her spouse Jerry Lubbers; her son Jude; her siblings, Mary Henning (Don), Angela McGillick (Pat) and Clarence Courtney (Janet); her granddaughter Jill; her nieces, Patricia, Teresa and Donna Rae; and also, Mike and Ken.
She is survived by: her children, John (Heather), Julie (Mike), Jeff (Lis), Jeanne (Mark), Angela (Daemon) and Amy. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren, many "favorite" nieces and nephews.
A vigil service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Garden City Funeral Home and Crematory (1705 W Broadway St, Missoula, MT 59808). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St Francis Xavier Catholic Church (420 W Pine St, Missoula, MT 59802). A reception was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Reidy Hall-St Francis Xavier Catholic Church (420 W Pine St, Missoula, MT 59802).
