She was predeceased by: her significant other Ernest Owen Jr.; her parents, Charles Sampson and Gladys Sampson; her siblings, Genevieve Ringold, Ann Olszewski and Alfred Sampson; and her grandson Joshua Compton.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce (Tina) and Becky Schwartz (Joe); her grandchildren, Nicki Adams (Kyle), Ninah Steber (Shawn), Lindsey (Richie), Owen (Porter-Smith) and Carter Owen (Taylor Owen); and her great grandchildren, Cassidy Steber, Reagan Steber, Nyreec'Adams, Dawsin and Dublin Porter-Smith.
