He was predeceased by: his parents, Helmut Beckmann and Margarete Beckmann; and his in-laws, Hans and Emma Buchenauer. He is survived by: his wife Elke Beckmann; his children, Andrea Loran (Joel) and Kirk Beckmann (Caroline); his sister Eva Ursula Gennrich (Joachim); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Ava, Tayler and Liam.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the St. Patrick's Providence Heart Institute in Klaus' name.
