He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Lewis and Maryellen Lewis (Goshen); his former wife Carrie Zumwalt; his siblings, Valona Lewis Scarbrough and Tim Lewis; his wife Deborah Lewis; his sister Marla Gardenhire (Taffy); his children, Daniel, Karina and Vonn; and his stepchildren, Missi Horton, Jessica Mason and Alex Aversano. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and honorary grandchildren.
