With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Chirstian Hauck Jr. in Missoula, Montana, born in Butte, Montana, who passed away on September 4, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hauck and Mary Taaffe Hauck; his stepmother Elizabeth Moriarty Hauck; and his brothers, Bob Hauck and Bill Moriarty.
He is survived by: his friend John; his wife Mary Lou Murphy Hauck; his son John Hauck (Marlene); his grandchildren, Jared and Katelyn; his son Jim Hauck (Carol); his grandsons, Emmett of Billings and Tyler of Billings; his siblings, Frederic Moriarty (Donna) of Midway, Tom Hauck of Missoula, Jane Moriarty Van Dyk (Tom) of Billings and Mary Rasmussen (Ronn) of Anchorage; and his sisters-in-law, Eleanore Hauck of Missoula and Virginia Ellison (Pat) of Chandler, Arizona. He is also survived by numerous cousins, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and various other relatives and in-laws.
