He is survived by: his siblings, Teri and Michael; his wife Lori Mauldin; his children, Jay III (TJ), Joshua (Deanna), Dominick (Bekah), Melissa (Ben) and Holly (Jim); his grandchildren, Taitum (Coulson), Taylor (Anthony), Payton (Jonatan), Kayla (Isaac), Madelyn, Tyler, Olivia, Houston, Rocksann, Zakarie and Luke; and his great grandchildren, Bellamy, Braelynn, Arwen and Roy.
