He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lapka and Leona Lapka; his brother Henry Lapka; and his nephew Peter Lapka. He is survived by: his siblings, John (Sue), Gary (Audrey) and Ruth (Adrian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
