He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John A. Severson and Aletha Severson; his wife Ann Dygert; his son David (Gail Verlanic); his granddaughter Kelsie Severson (Boe Clark); his son Dennis (Lee Shaughnessy) of Denver; his grandson Max; his great grandchildren, Fox, Azalia, Robin and Lilac; his nieces, Susan Moore of Alaska and Shirlee Grosulak; and his nephew Dick Severson of North Dakota.
In lieu of flowers donations in Floyd's memory are suggested to Missoula American Legion Post 27 or the Alzheimer's Association.
