He was predeceased by: his mother Winifred Adams; his brother Bill Mallick; and his wife Janet Mallick. He is survived by: his father Dr George Rudolph Mallick; his children, Susan Lowery (David), Steven and Scott Mallick (Mark Feder); his grandchildren, Stephanie Morasco, Anthony Morasco, Angela Weiss (Dan), David and Lucas Feder-Mallick; his great grandchild Perrin Weiss; his nephew Mike; and his sister-in-law Peg Mallick.
