As Diana Orlene departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Diana Orlene may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Diana Orlene leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Slenes and Catherine Slenes. She is survived by: her children, Catherine Kaudy (Dave) of Missoula, Mary Scalise of Anaconda and Steven Stipech (Trina) of Ohio; and her grandchildren, Thomas Trueax (Melinda) of Washington, John Trueax (Teresa) of North Dakota, Benjamin Trueax (Ingrid) of Missoula and Sarah Trueax of Alaska. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sunset Cemetery Funeral Home and Crematory (7405 Mullan Rd, Missoula, MT 59808). A reception was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
