He is survived by: his spouse Fong Ming; his daughters, Yolanda Mah (Missoula) and Kimberly Mah Hensley of Tigard, OR; his sister Chui King Lee (Houston); his granddaughters, Marin, Addison and Peyton; and his caregivers, Andrea, Wendy, Henry, Misty, Corina, Roxana, Denise, Bonnie and Tasha. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and cousins.
