He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Everingham and Annette Everingham (Voorhees); his sister Charlotte; and his wife Catherine Bollen. He is survived by: his sons, William Everingham (Rosie), Mark Everingham (Kim) and Dave Everingham (Kathy). He is also survived by four grandchildren and extended family and friends.
