He was predeceased by: his parents, Newman Jeffrey and Mildred Jeffrey (Millie); and his wife Rashel Jeffrey. He is survived by: his sister Sharon Lehrer; and his children, Erica Rose Jeffrey and Thomas Balfour Jeffrey.
