She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Bennetts and Clara Bennetts of Luke's Hospital; her sister Shirley Bennetts Anderson; her former husband Robert F. Fischer; and her husband John E. Roemer (Jack).
She is survived by: her friend Nadine Newman; her children, Carol Fischer Cade (Matthew), Patty Evans (Scott) and Richard Fischer; her grandson Tom Chandler (Chelsea); her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Leo; her grandchild Chris Chandler (Mary); her great grandchildren, Alice, George and Clare; her grandchildren, Andrea Ham, Robert Ham and Elizabeth Evans; her great grandchild Chris (Mikiko); her children, Julia, Kaito and Andrea Roemer (Dan); her grandchild Carson; her daughter Angela Brise; and her grandchildren, Keara and Aiden.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the University Congregational Church (401 University Ave, Missoula, MT 59801).
Memorial donations may be made to the University Congregational Church, the Western Montana Genealogical Society, or the P.E.O. scholarship for students pursuing an elementary education degree (make check payable to the Jane Hammer Holmgren State Scholarship and mail to Bev Sherman at 2213 Pleasant Ave., Missoula, MT 59804).
