He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Art Benson and Dorothy Benson (Blakely); his former wife Betty Daniels; his son William (Duck); his wife Pam Blackbird; his sons, Chip (Rebecca) and Jesse (Wilbur); his siblings, Bill Benson (Dawn), Karen Hough (Neil), Ardell Nelson (Ken) and Juanita Holmberg (Mitch); his son Duck (Jeanne); his grandchildren, Challis (Mary), Reece-Tater, Jacey, Bailey, Shayla, Teigan, Morgan, Reatta and Ivy; his brothers, Ronnie and Charlie Benson; and his daughter Kari Benson Burns of Joy, JB.
