She is survived by: her former husbands, Louis Reynolds and Bob Kiel; her husband Don Percival; her daughters, Kim, Jerry Carpenter and Kandace Konola; her grandchildren, Zak Podgorski (Cicely), Izabella Carpenter and Kelli Jo Carpenter; her sister-in-law Connie Lively; her nieces, Susan Ovitt and Christine Lively; and her nephew Lee Lively.
