She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rule and Silvia Rule (Steady). She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Jago III; and her children, Robin Bushey, Tammie Lumbra (Cory), Janelle Phillips (Anthony), Andy Car, Sandra Jago (Peter) and Megan Jago. She is also survived by grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
