She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Henry Rutter and LaMae Reckert Rutter; her husband Walter; and her daughter Mary Kay Russell Birkelo. She is survived by: her children, Sally Joan Russell, Theresa Ann Wise (John Wise), Suzanne Marie Russell, John Walter Russell (Julie Russell) and Donna Lynn Russell; and her sisters, Peggy Cornwell, Jean Moran and Kay Keltos. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
