He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Sr. and Irene; his son David Nile Eddy; his sisters, Virginia Tomkiewicz and Mariel Lyon; and his brother-in-law William Tomkiewicz, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Helen Eddy of Belgrade, MT; his son Michael Eddy (Katie McGee) of Bozeman, MT; his granddaughter Adrienne Hall (Alise Glenn) of Bozeman; his brother Raymond Dori; and his siblings-in-law, Dotti Dori of Brookfield, CT, Diane Clark of New London, CT and George Lyon of Naples, FL.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews who affectionately referred to Herb as 'Nuc', and many special life-long friends.
