He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stout and Re Anna Stout; his former wife Eileen Stromme; and his siblings, Robert "Bob", Betty, Ruth, William "Bill", Alene, James "Jim" and Owen.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Stout of Belgrade, MT; his children, Sheryl Stout of Custer, MT and Bill Stout (Sandi) of Lewiston, ID; his granddaughter Erin Luscombe (Josh) of Juliaetta, ID; and his great grandchild Kayne Lesnet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
