He is survived by: his wife Coba Dyksterhouse; his daughters, Shirley Bridgewater (Jay) and Beverly Fischerkent (Paul Kent); his sister Carol Kooienga (William); his siblings-in-law, Jean VanDyken and Henry Dyksterhouse (Karen); and his grandsons, Jayson (Mel), Benjamin (Erin) and Samuel (Teresa). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
