He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jo Warner; his stepdaughter Sarah (Josh); his stepmother Fay; his siblings, P. A. (Cora) and Barb (Ted); his siblings-in-law, Anne and Greg; his nieces and nephews, Kristal, Victoria, Tali (Wryan), Brittney (Chad), Katie, MacDalton (Shar), Skye, Nicholas (Sarah), Benjamin, Bradley and David; his aunt Carlyn; and his uncle Ken (Karen). He is also survived by 18 great nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.
