She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Kolczak and Sweetie Kolczak; her brother Gerald Roy Kolczak, Jr.; and her grandmother Jewel. She is survived by: her former husband Randy Rhoads; her husband Scott Rogina; her son Jay Rhoads of Malta; her grandchildren, Courtney, Carly and Cody; her great grandchild Cylas; her daughter Tangie Rhoads (Robert) of Billings; her grandchildren, Scotty, Jaylee (Josh), Eddy, Gracie and Casey; her sisters, Betty Hasler (Wade) of Malta and Connie Zanto of Harlem; her nieces and nephews, Chad Hasler (Kamee) of Huntley, Jory Hasler of Rico, Darin Zanto (Emily) of Billings, Garrett Zanto (Rebecca) of Chinook, Montana, Chelsea Hasler (Trevor) of Great Falls and Alisha Carter (Chuck) of Frenchtown, Montana; and her siblings-in-law, Wes (Tammy), Randy, Pam Rogina, Teri Pattyn (Leon) and Brenda Reidy. She is also survived by aunt, two uncles, numerous cousins and all her lifelong friends.
