He is survived by: his wife Carol Azure; his children, Lori Nagel (Steve) and Doyle McNatt (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Michael, Cody and Amber; and his siblings, Maynard Azure, David Azure, Amelia Rasmussen and Della Azure.
