He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Johnson and Edna Johnson (Berquist); and his brother Orville (LeRoy). He is survived by: his brother Phillip; his children, Charles, Ruth and Raymond; his son-in-law Bill Mitchell; his grandchildren, Katie and Kyle; his spouse Cody Phillips; and his son Cason. He is also survived by 3 children, 2 grandchildren, and a great grandson.
