She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Richard and Bessie May Blevins (Shores); her husband William S. Waters; her grandson Kirk W. Wilson; and her siblings, Davis Blevins, Gladys Stratton, Homer Blevins and John Blevins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wilma (Jerry Cleaver), Beverly (Richard Wilson) and Sheila (Dennis Nybo); her grandchildren, Mark Cleaver, Scott Wilson, Mike Wilson, Dan Wilson, Jill Harris, Tod Nybo and Tonia Kostorowski; her great grandchildren, Kyle, Zach Nybo, Madison Salazar, Jayci Purvis, Callie Givens, Liv Wilson, Erin King, Warren Cleaver, Samantha Person, Kaitlin, Ben and Maeghan Kostorowski; and her great great grandchild Anderson Givens. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends.
