Dvorak (Mason); his wife Royetta; his children, Todd (Barbara) and Michelle; his stepchildren, Melody, Tammy, John, Amy and Brian; and his goddaughter Skye Miner. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
