He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Henderson (Cindy) and Tina Henderson; his brother Lance Henderson (Allyson); his niece Elly Rae Henderson; his grandparents, Roger, Betty Bertelsen, Larry, Connie Miller, Jerry and Delores Myers; his aunts and uncles, Barb Vinson (Jim), Renae Blasdel (Mark), Andrea Conyers, Mike Henderson (Criss) and Mark Henderson (Christi); and also Gwen Henderson.
