He is survived by: his mother Bobbie Bramsen; his stepfather Calvin Bramsen; his father Lewis David Horn; his siblings, Sissy Dolan and Buddy Horn; and his children, David Horn, Sebastian Horn and Rose Lee Horn. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 nieces, 4 nephews.
