He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Sloan and Genevieve Sloan; his brother Monte Sloan; and his daughter Katie Foster. He is survived by: his wife Angie Biebinger; his former wife Angie Sloan; his children, Shelley Grados, Jennyanne Bowman, Shannon Sloan and Tom Sloan; and his brothers, Shannon, Kevin and Brad Sloan.
