He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Paul and Virginia Paul (Baker); his wife Cari Balmer Paul; his daughter Tammy Paul Hollis (Jesse) of Oroville, CA; his granddaughter Heather Breceda (Loren Newton); his great grandchildren, Mya of Chico, CA and Liam Newton of Chico, CA; his granddaughters, Taylor and Skylar Bergstrand of Lincoln, NE; his daughter Tonya Paul Petty (Richard); his granddaughters, Jade Petty of Oroville and Jessica Petty Adair (Levi); his great grandchildren, Aiden of Huntsville, Alabama and Elijah Adair of Huntsville, Alabama; his son William Eddie Paul (Tammy); his grandson William Mitchell Paul (Jessica); his great grandchild William Lincoln Paul; his grandson Parker Robert Paul of Oroville; his son Doug Cowden (Jingle) of Newnan, GA; his brothers, Walter Duke Paul, Dallas Kemp Paul, Dusty Merle Paul and Danny Keith Paul; and his brother-in-law Darin Vierra (Negar). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
