He is survived by: his friend Margot Kidder; his siblings, Anne Visser Ney (Peter), Janet Visser Preston, Holly Taylor Cutting (Jim), Marianne Visser Riegel and John E. Visser (Kristy); his stepbrother Michael Stanley; his nieces and nephews, Joseph Preston (Suzanne), JB Visser, Peyton Visser, Katrina and Marina Riegel; and his great-niece Juniper Preston.
