He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Rom and Agnes Rom (Besak). He is survived by: his wife Sandy; and his adoptive daughters, Tiffany Marie Cartwright (Jay) of Estero, FL, Andrea Lynn Barrow of Puyallup, WA and Rachel Ann Swope (Kevin) of Elma, WA.
