He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Steffen and Mary Steffen; and his brother-in-law Stanley Gray. He is survived by: his wife Tina Sharpe; his sisters, Vickie Ebert (Ron) of Coos Bay, Oregon and Phyllis Gray of Eugene, Oregon; his children, Russell (Lindsey Pennell) of Livingston, Addie (Ned Swofford) of Corvallis, Oregon and Emma (Kyle Boling) of Ennis; and his grandson Brooks Boling of Ennis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
