He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Hartman and Hilda Hartman; his wife Shirley Louise Leathers; and his siblings, Sam, Lloyd and Virginia.
He is survived by: his children, Clay Hartman (Christy) of Lolo, Beth Daniels (Craig) of Huson, Bill Hartman (Meghan) of Livingston, Bob Hartman of Arlee and Becky Hall (Curt) of Emigrant. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; as well as his extended family.
