He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn; and his sister Shirley Kozlowski. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Ann (Matt Jarvis) and James Brian (Sharon Stanphill); his siblings, Jay (Louise Stanphill) and Judith Pond; his nieces, Diane and Jill Davidson; his grandchildren, Elisabeth, Benjamin and Rachel Stanphill; and also Carolyn Davidson. He is also survived by his family, friends.
