He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren A. DePuy and Eva DePuy (Eyman); and his siblings, Betty Smith, Richard DePuy and Cheryl Murray.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Siriano; his son Scott DePuy; his grandchildren, Addison DePuy and Wyatt DePuy; and his daughter Tara DePuy (Michael Sprague).
