He was predeceased by: his father Robert McMullen; his brother Jason McMullen; and his pets, Ally, Bender, Bella and Ella.
He is survived by: his adoptive father Robert McMullen (Robert Ball); his close friend Silas Counts; his wife Amber; his stepfather Robert Ball; his children, Derek McMullen, Dezeriae McMullen, Rylie McMullen and Rapzadie McMullen; his stepdaughters, Sheryl Lysaght and Abigail Cain; his grandson Carter; his brothers, Levon Ball, David Ball and Geoff McMullen; his aunt Melissa Knust; and also, Dale Townsend, LuLu and Maverick.
