He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Zachary Steckler of Lincoln and Paxtyn Steckler of Lincoln; his grandparents, Leon Steckler, Joan Steckler of Fargo, Deacon Ryan and Marlo Nelson of Dickinson; and his great-grandparents, Ken Steckler, Sheila Steckler of Bismarck and Alice Roshau of Dickinson. He was also cherished by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in Maximilian's memory be made to the Badlands Choice Clinic, 313 3rd Street West, Dickinson, ND, 58601.
