She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Sampson and Helen Sampson; and her former husband Larry W. McCauley. She is survived by: her husband Tom O'Hara; her children, Sharla McCauley, Sean McCauley, Angie Mayer (Dan), Jill McCauley, Duane McCauley (Charity), Heather McDonald (Brodie) and Teague McCauley (Jennifer); and her siblings, Andy Sampson of Columbia Falls and Jennifer McNeily of San Diego, California.. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
