He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Sanderson and Susan Sanderson; his brothers, Byron "Speed" and Robert Joseph (Bobby Joe); his son Kevin; and his grandson Joshua.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Julie Brossman, Leslie Jaqueth (Rick) and Byron Sanderson (Chelsea); and his grandchildren, Kelly, Nathaniel, Kristen, Zach, Ashley, Alyshia, Sandra, Allie, Beau, Sean, Olivia and Morgan. He is also survived by his seven great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
