He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Culliton and Violet Radar. He is survived by: his wife Joyce White; and his children, LuAnn, Sam T. Jr., Robert, Tracy and Azure. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 5 great -great grandchildren.
