It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Spooner of Libby, Montana, born in Havre, Montana, who passed away on July 26, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Shinners Spooner of Plentywood, MT and Joseph Spooner of Joplin, MT.; his wife Jeannie Root; and his siblings, Donald, Jim, Elizabeth and Margaret.
He is survived by: his children, Lana (Scott) and Lance (Kelly); and his siblings, Dewey Spooner and Kay Sather. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
