He is survived by: his mother Florence Cook; his sons, Jeremy and Taylor Countryman; his siblings, Ken Countryman (Marcia) and Shelly Warrick (Bill); his grandson Daniel Raymond Countryman; and his close friend Jolene Calvi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
