Welch (Sandy) of Granbury and Thomas E. Welch (Deann) of Libby, Montana; her grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy, Tiffany, Amber and Courtney; and her siblings, Judy Lloyd and Ken Swilling. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
